As you all know 2008 is around the corner and I have made it quite clear that Senator Joe Biden (D-DE)is my top choice for president but I did also say that Russ Feingold was my second choice, I am here today to change my mind. For the last couple of months I have listened to the words, ideas, and story of Former Governor Mark Warner of Virginia. After learning about Gov. Warner I have found that besides Joe Biden, he would make a great president. But, why am I making a case for this guy if I support Biden? There are too slots on that ticket in '08 leading off the ticket should be Senator Biden and his running mate should be Governor Warner. I believe that Warner should run for president so he could raise his visibility amoung Americans. He is an experience person, former buisnessman, chair of the Virginia Dems, and the most popular governor in decades. He balanced the budget and put Virginia back on track. He served as chairman of the National Governors Association, the Southern Governor Assoc., and the Democratic Governors Assoc. He is popular in the south and could win Virgina. A Biden/Warner ticket with a good grassroots campaign could make us a treat in the south. Governor Warner is a good man with is a moderate. This ticket could be the Clinton/Gore of this decade. Lets support this ticket now.
